• HUA HIN SMOKED STURGEON RILLETTES

Sustainable sturgeon from Hua Hin, marinated in local seaweed for 3 days before smoked and made into a rillette. Perfect on a slice of toasted dark sour dough bread. Allow the rillettes to sit at room temperature for about an hour before serving so it is softened to a spreadable consistency.

A smooth, soft and silky rillettes of slow cooked free range Khao Yai Duck leg and braised Jujee plums. Best to eat at room temperature. Allow the rillettes to sit at room temperature for about an hour before serving so it is softened to a spreadable consistency
